Terms of ordering

These terms apply to orders placed online with Havana Chippy.

Your order

When you pay, you make an offer to buy the items in your basket. A contract is formed when we confirm your payment and accept your order. All prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling.

Prices and fees

Every charge – item prices, any delivery fee (currently £2.50 standard, which may vary by area) and any service fee – is shown before you pay. We never charge more than the total shown at checkout.

Delivery and collection times

Times are estimates. We'll do our best to meet them but delays can happen at busy times.

Cancellations and refunds

Because food is prepared to order and is perishable, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once preparation has started. If something is wrong with your order, use the "Need help" section on your order page or call us and we will put it right, which may include a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Allergies

Allergen information is provided for each dish. Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces. Please contact us before ordering if you have an allergy.

Age-restricted items

If you order alcohol or other age-restricted items you must be 18 or over, and identification may be requested on delivery or collection.
